My Goal
- My Goal is to provide you with a positive real estate experience. This can be a stressful and complicated process and I want to do everything in my power to simplify this process and protect your best interests to get you in to your dream property. Let's have some fun as well!
- I love developing the relationships that I have with my clients from the time we meet, continuing past the sale. I know that the purchase of real estate is one of the largest investments that an individual can make. My goal is to make sure that this process is a smooth one.
- I have been a REALTORŪ since 2002 and a licensed Broker since 2005. I want 100% satisfaction. I have a background in the building materials industry and real estate development as well as property management. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Management from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Ia.
- CRS: The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Deisgnation recognizes professional accomplishments is both experience and education. CRS members comprise of just 4% of all REALTORSŪ.
- ABR: The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRŪ) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practicioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORSŪ who meet the specified educational and pratical experience criteria.
- GRI: The Graduate REALTORŪ Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORSŪ with the GRI Designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
- My hobbies include snow skiing, boating, biking, running, camping, etc. I have completed many triathlons and hope to remain healthy enough to complete more. I instruct a fitness class once a week at the local community center and love spending time with my family and friends and am active in my Church. My wife Ali, and my 2 boys Cohen and Kiptyn are truly a blessing in my life!
